    [摘要]正颌外科手术是治疗骨性Ⅲ类错牙合畸形最常用的治疗方式，髁突是评价患者正颌术后复发及稳定性的重要因素，对正颌术后髁突位置如何变化及改建学者们意见不一。本文就骨性Ⅲ类错牙合畸形患者髁突位置、形态特点以及正颌术后髁突位置变化和改建三个方面进行简要综述。
