    [摘要]目的：探讨应用卡替洛尔联合匹多康液体敷料治疗浅表型婴幼儿血管瘤的效果。方法：回顾性分析2016年1月-2021年12月在笔者科室接受卡替洛尔联合匹多康液体敷料外涂治疗的23例浅表型婴幼儿血管瘤患儿的临床资料。治疗方法为每次外敷时间90 min，一日3次，持续6～12个月。治疗后将患儿疗效分为三级进行评定：Ⅰ级，治疗无效，需改用其他治疗方法；Ⅱ级，控制瘤体生长；Ⅲ级，促进瘤体消退。结果：23例进行上述治疗的患儿中，Ⅲ级患儿达16例，其中完全消退或仅残留毛细血管扩张的有5例；Ⅱ级3例；Ⅰ级4例。湿疹和溃疡为常见局部不良反应。结论：卡替洛尔联合匹多康液体敷料外用治疗浅表型婴幼儿血管瘤有较好效果。

    Clinical Study on Carteolol Combined with Pidokon Liquid Dressing in the Treatment of Superficial Infantile Hemangioma
