[摘要]目的：探讨整形保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌的美学效果及对患者预后的影响。方法：选取2017年1月-2020年1月笔者医院收治的104例早期乳腺癌患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组(52例)和对照组(52例)。观察组予以整形保乳术治疗，对照组予以常规保乳术治疗，统计比较两组围术期相关指标、术后并发症、乳房美学效果、肿瘤复发及生存情况。结果：与对照组相比，观察组术中出血量及术后引流量较少，手术时间较长，肿瘤与切缘最小距离较长，切除组织占乳房体积比较大，引流管拔出时间及住院时间较短，术后并发症发生率较低，乳房美学效果优良率较高，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后2年内均无死亡病例，观察组有1例(1.92%)复发，对照组有2例(3.85%)复发，两组复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：整形保乳术有利于改善早期乳腺癌患者术后乳房的美学效果，利于患者术后恢复，且临床较为安全。
