[摘要]回顾笔者医院收治的1例鼻部聚己内酯填充术后肉芽肿病例临床资料，结合2017年-2022年4篇(4例)关于面部聚己内酯填充术后肉芽肿的文献资料，分析此病的临床表现、诊断、治疗、预后及成因，以期为临床提供参考。
