[摘要]目的：探讨解郁清痤汤联合透明质酸注射治疗肝郁血热型面部玫瑰痤疮的疗效。方法：选取2020年3月-2022年3月于笔者医院被诊断为肝郁血热型面部玫瑰痤疮的80例患者为研究对象，随机进行分组。对照组(n=40)给予透明质酸注射治疗，研究组(n=40)在对照组的基础上联合解郁清痤汤治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果：研究组疗效总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，研究组患者红斑、毛细血管扩张、丘疹等中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)；痤疮特异性生活质量量表(Acne-QoL)各方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：解郁清痤汤联合透明质酸注射治疗肝郁血热型面部玫瑰痤疮患者疗效显著，能够明显改善患者红斑、毛细血管扩张、丘疹、瘙痒等症状，提高生活质量。
