[摘要]目的：探讨无托槽隐形矫治技术对2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus，T2DM)伴错牙合畸形患者的治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析2019年1月-2022年1月在笔者医院行无托槽隐形矫正器治疗的43例T2DM伴错牙合畸形患者临床资料，分析其矫治效果、矫治疗程、牙周健康指标、美观效果、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果：43例患者经治疗后总有效率达95.35%。矫正治疗后，患者的牙龈指数、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数及探诊深度均降低，口腔健康影响程度量表各维度得分均降低，矫治美观效果评分得分均升高，差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)；43例患者并发症发生率为2.33%。结论：对T2DM伴错牙合畸形患者使用无托槽隐形矫治技术行矫正治疗具有较好临床效果，能改善患者牙周指标，提高其舒适度与美观度，且安全性较好。
