[摘要]目的：探究iRoot BP Plus在年轻恒牙活髓切断术中的应用及对患牙功能及美观度的影响。方法：选择笔者医院2019年1月-2022年5月收治的因外伤导致年轻恒牙冠折露髓的98例患者作为研究对象进行前瞻性研究，按照首诊就诊顺序随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组(49例)应用氢氧化钙行活髓切断术，观察组(49例)应用iRoot BP Plus行活髓切断术，比较两组手术情况、患牙修复效果、牙体功能、牙齿美观度及不良反应。结果：观察组患者疼痛持续时间、肿胀持续时间及手术时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组修复有效率为95.92%，显著高于对照组的81.63%(P<0.05)。牙体功能方面，观察组患者的舒适功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)，两组固定功能、咀嚼功能、语言功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。美观度方面，观察组患者的边缘适宜、染色情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)，两组修复体完整情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率4.08%，显著低于对照组的8.16%(P<0.05)。结论：iRoot BP Plus在年轻恒牙活髓切断术中的应用效果显著，患牙填充满意、恢复更快，能够更好地改善患牙功能及美观度，并且不良反应少，可以作为优选方案。
