[摘要]敏感性皮肤(Sensitive skin，SS)是一种常见的皮肤病理状态，在世界各国发生率均很高。敏感性头皮(Sensitive scalp，SP)同样广泛影响人类头皮健康。本文结合国内外最新研究，对敏感性头皮的流行病学、临床表现、发生机制及评价方法进行了系统阐述，总结发现未来从分子机制等方面针对敏感性头皮的治疗与护理也将成为重要方向。

    Abstract： Sensitive skin is a common pathological state of skin with a high incidence in all countries around the world. Sensitive scalps also affect the health of human scalp widely. Combined with the latest research at home and abroad， this paper systematically describes the epidemiology， clinical manifestations， occurrence mechanism and evaluation methods of sensitive scalp. In the future， the treatment and nursing of sensitive scalp from molecular mechanism will also become an important direction.
