[摘要]调Q激光是文身治疗的主流方法和金标准。但其治疗周期长，并发症发生率高，疗效不稳定等因素不容忽视。为进一步提高调Q激光去除文身的疗效并降低其并发症，国内外学者进行了许多有益的尝试，如：皮秒激光、激光联合药物(咪喹莫特)、激光重复治疗技术(R20、R0)等。其中，以调Q激光与点阵激光联合为代表的联合激光治疗具有明显的优势，值得进一步推广应用。本文在概述激光治疗文身进展的基础上，重点阐述联合激光在文身治疗中的应用。

    Abstract： Q-switched lasers are widely used for tattoo removal， with standardized treatment protocols. However， long treatment period， high risk of complications， as well as the instable efficacy of this technique cannot be ignored. To overcome the limitations of Q-switched laser in tattoo removal， some new treatment strategies had emerged recently， including picosecond laser， Q-switched lasers combined with drugs or other lasers ......
