[摘要]目的：探讨局部皮瓣修复联合精细减张美容缝合技术在面部急性外伤中的临床应用效果。方法：选取2020年6月-2023年10月笔者科室收治的51例面部急性外伤患者。根据创面部位、形状以及皮肤缺损情况，选择和设计不同的局部皮瓣修复创面。术中均采用精细减张美容缝合技术缝合伤口。随访观察修复效果及记录患者满意度。采用抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale，SDS)及焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS)评估患者心理状态。结果：所有患者创面均一期愈合，皮瓣色泽良好，无明显瘢痕增生，与健侧基本对称。术后3个月，患者SDS、SAS评分均低于术后1周(P<0.05)，患者满意率达98.04%。结论：局部皮瓣修复联合精细减张美容缝合在面部急性外伤中应用效果良好，瘢痕小，能够减轻患者心理负担，值得临床推广。
