[摘要]目的：观察颧骨皮肤韧带松解结合透明质酸填充改善颊中沟的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2018年9月-2022年4月笔者医院收治的62例颊中沟凹陷女性就医者，均采用颧骨皮肤韧带松解结合透明质酸填充的方式进行治疗。分别于韧带深层填充、颧骨皮肤韧带松解、真皮层填充，评估术后颊中沟的改善效果。结果：本组62例就医者，其中有10例在第6个月对治疗效果表示不满意，再次接受治疗。所有就医者术后第6个月和第12个月颊中沟纠正有效率为93.55%、96.77%。术后第6个月和术后第12个月的颊中沟改善率为59.68%、74.19%。结论：采用颧骨皮肤韧带松解结合透明质酸填充治疗颊中沟创伤小，术后效果确切，维持时间较长，具有一定的临床应用价值。
