[摘要]目的：探讨分析微种植体支抗联合正畸治疗成人双颌前突的临床效果。方法：选取2020年8月-2023年1月笔者医院就诊的60例双颌前突患者，参照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30)。对照组予以传统支抗治疗，研究组予以微种植体支抗联合正畸治疗，比较两组治疗前后软组织指标[上唇至审美平面的垂直距离(UI-E1)、下唇至审美平面垂直距离(L1-E1)、上唇最低点与中切牙最高点距离(GSL)]，硬组织指标[上中切牙唇倾角(UI-SN)、下中切牙唇倾角(L1-MP)、上下中切牙长轴交角(UI-L1)、上中切牙切缘至腭平面垂直距离(U1/PP)、下切牙切缘至下颌平面垂直距离(L1/MP)]，患者外观满意度及并发症发生率。结果：治疗后，研究组L1-E1、UI-E1、GSL、L1-MP、U1/PP、UI-SN水平较对照组低，UI-L1、L1/MP水平较对照组高(P<0.05)；研究组并发症发生率13.33%，与对照组的6.67%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；研究组外观满意度93.33%，高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论：微种植体支抗联合正畸治疗可有效内收成人双颌前突患者上下前牙，从而改善成人双颌前突软硬组织侧貌，提高患者外观满意度，且安全性良好，宜临床推广应用。
