[摘要]目的：分析预成型钛网联合胶原膜及富血小板纤维蛋白(Platelet-rich fibrin，PRF)在前牙牙槽嵴严重骨缺损种植中的应用效果。方法：选取2021年1月-2021年12月青岛市市立医院西院区收治的202例前牙牙槽嵴严重骨缺损患者，按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组101例，采用预成型钛网联合胶原膜治疗；观察组101例，采用预成型钛网联合胶原膜及PRF治疗。比较两组治疗后不同时间点牙槽骨形态变化、牙周指标、美学指标及并发症发生情况。结果：治疗后6个月、12个月，观察组牙槽骨量体积增加值、高度增加值及宽度增加值均高于对照组(P<0.05)；种植修复后6个月，两组种植体周围菌斑指数(Plaque index，PLI)、牙龈指数(Gingival index，GI)及探诊深度(Probing depth，PD)比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后6个月，观察组红色美学指数(Pink ethetic score，PES)高于对照组(P<0.05)，治疗后12个月，两组PES评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：预成型钛网联合胶原膜及PRF在前牙牙槽嵴严重骨缺损种植中的应用效果确切，能促进牙槽骨形成，提供稳定的种植体环境，提高美学效果，安全性良好。
