[摘要]目的：探索小丑照护对唇腭裂伴牙槽突裂患儿及其照顾者干预效果的影响。方法：选取笔者医院2021年6月-2022年12月收治的行唇腭裂伴牙槽突裂手术患儿104例，对照组实施围术期常规护理，术后1个月内进行常规电话随访，观察组实施基于小丑照护理念的干预方案，分为入院至术前1天、手术当天、术后第1天至出院、出院后1个月共4个阶段，评价干预后患儿的疼痛程度、焦虑情绪、生活质量、手术并发症发生情况、患儿及其照顾者的焦虑情绪。结果：术后第3、5天，观察组患儿疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；术后第7天，观察组患儿及其家属焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；干预后，观察组患儿生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组总并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：小丑照护能有效减轻唇腭裂伴牙槽突裂患儿术后疼痛，提高患儿生活质量，缓解患儿及其家属的焦虑情绪，促进疾病的恢复。
