[摘要]目的：分析烧伤性疼痛的危险因素，并探究其对患者功能康复的影响。方法：选取笔者医院2021年6月-2022年6月收治的68例烧伤患者，通过简明疼痛量表(Brief pain inventory，BPI)评估患者的疼痛强度和对生活质量的影响程度，SF-36健康调查量表评估患者的功能康复效果，并采用Logistic回归分析烧伤性疼痛的危险因素，Spearman相关性分析分析疼痛和功能康复之间的相关性。结果：在纳入的68例烧伤患者中，疼痛的发生率为55.88%(38例患者出现疼痛)，单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析均表明平均烧伤面积和住院时间与烧伤患者疼痛的发生有关(P<0.05)，随访3个月后未出现疼痛的烧伤患者的SF-36评分显著高于烧伤疼痛患者(P<0.05)，Spearman相关性分析表明疼痛和功能康复之间呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论：烧伤面积、住院时间是烧伤患者发生疼痛的独立危险因素。疼痛和功能康复之间呈负相关，未出现疼痛的烧伤患者在功能康复方面表现更好。
