[摘要]本文主要概述了皮肤角质的屏障功能与代谢机制，并介绍了皮肤图像分析法、角质层染色法、模拟污渍法、摩擦性能测试法、角质剥脱测试法、皮肤切片法、皮肤模型替代法、细胞生物法、生物化学法等皮肤角质功效评价方法，提供了去角质功效评价的新思路，展望角质管理产品的发展及研究方向。
