[摘要]重睑成形术是亚洲人群整形外科中最常见的面部美容手术之一，虽然手术方式不断探索更新，但切开法一直应用最为广泛。但术后早期出现的疼痛、肿胀、瘀青和后期瘢痕形成等不良反应，严重影响患者的日常生活和社会交往。本文就重睑术后不良反应以及其治疗进展展开综述。

    Abstract： Blepharoplasty is the most common facial cosmetic surgery in plastic surgery in Asia. Although the surgical methods have been updated，the incision method is more versatile.Early postoperative patients may experience severe adverse effects， including pain， swelling， bruising and postoperative scarring， which affect their daily life and social interactions.This article will review the adverse reactions after double eyelid surgery and the progress in the treatment of adverse reactions.
