杭州市2~6岁儿童乳牙龋病的流行病学调查分析和乳牙预成冠的力学实验研究

[摘要]目的:了解杭州市2~6岁儿童龋齿的牙面分布规律,比较树脂、氧化锆、玻璃陶瓷乳牙预成冠的抗压缩破坏力值。方法:抽取杭州口腔医院城西院区儿童口腔科就诊的1 000名2~6岁儿童进行口腔检查并记录,分析患龋差异。将树脂、氧化锆、玻璃陶瓷乳牙预成冠分别用树脂粘接剂粘接在下颌第二乳磨牙的树脂模型上。在万能材料试验机上进行抗压缩强度测试,记录试件抗压缩破坏力值。采用SPSS 24.0统计分析软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:右下第二乳磨牙患龋风险最高,左侧第二乳磨牙次之。乳磨牙患龋率高于乳前牙。龋齿牙面风险切端/牙合面大于近中远中邻面,舌面患龋率最低。三组抗压缩破坏力值依次为A组(694.85±292.20)N,B组(537.31±152.03)N,C组(613.73±303.92)N。两两相较,三种材料的差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:杭州市2~6岁儿童乳牙龋有牙面特异性,乳磨牙患龋率高,牙面多。三种乳牙预成冠材料均可满足临床需要。树脂预成冠抗压缩破坏力值大于玻璃陶瓷乳牙预成冠和氧化锆预成冠。[关键词]龋病;乳牙;发病率;瓷预成冠;抗压缩破坏力
