[摘要]目的：探讨假体隆鼻术后发生慢性感染，假体取出后即刻利用自体颗粒脂肪移植填充维持鼻部外观的临床效果。方法：2019年6月-2023年6月笔者医院处理的假体隆鼻术后慢性感染的22例患者为研究对象。将假体完整取出后，假体腔隙进行反复冲洗，创腔内搔刮处理，然后将过滤后的自体颗粒脂肪填充于假体腔隙。观察手术一期愈合率、患者满意度及术后并发症情况。结果：术后随访3～12个月，所有患者均一期愈合，患者术后鼻外观形态满意度100%，无严重并发症发生。结论：脂肪移植治疗隆鼻术后慢性感染是一种可行的治疗方法，可以改善鼻部形态，减轻术后远期增生出现的挛缩等并发症，增加鼻部的美观度，可作为隆鼻术后感染治疗的较好辅助手段。
