[摘要]目的：观察手术切除美容缝合联合醋酸曲安奈德局部注射治疗耳廓瘢痕疙瘩的临床及美学效果。方法：选取2019年1月-2022年12月笔者医院耳鼻喉科收治的106例耳廓瘢痕疙瘩患者，按随机掷硬币法分为常规组和联合组，每组53例。常规组行手术切除后美容缝合治疗，联合组在常规组基础上局部注射醋酸曲安奈德。观察两组患者临床疗效、温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale，VSS)评分、美学满意度及并发症发生情况。结果：术后6个月，联合组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)；术后3、6个月，联合组VSS评分低于常规组(P<0.05)，美学满意度评分高于常规组(P<0.05)；联合组并发症(皮肤萎缩、局部坏死、色素脱失)总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：手术切除美容缝合联合醋酸曲安奈德局部注射治疗耳廓瘢痕疙瘩安全有效，患者美学满意度高，值得在临床推广应用。
