[摘要]近年来阴道松弛综合征的发病率直线上升，对女性的性生活和性健康造成了较大影响。临床上，外科手术仍是最传统的选择，但术后并发症等因素也会影响患者恢复。近年来，点阵CO2激光治疗作为一种新型治疗方法而备受瞩目，该疗法利用激光高度聚焦能量的特性，可使阴道黏膜恢复弹性，促进阴道黏膜的水合，提高阴道润滑性能，但目前有关研究处于起步阶段，尤其是在随机对照的基础上，所以需要更多的证据来支持这种治疗的安全性和疗效，本文就阴道松弛综合征的诊治现状、点阵CO2激光治疗阴道松弛综合征的机理和临床研究进行总结，以便在今后的研究中进一步推广和应用。
