[摘要]进行性半侧颜面萎缩是一种常累及单侧面部的慢性萎缩性疾病，病因复杂尚不明确，具有一定自限性、病程多漫长，对面部外观改变明显，对患者的心理造成了巨大的压力，该病目前尚无根治方法，治疗主要依赖整形外科修复重建。但治疗手段各有利弊，多数患者很难一次治疗即取得满意疗效，本文就近年来进行性半侧颜面萎缩的研究现状进行综述。

    Research Status of Progressive Hemifacial Atrophy

    Abstract： Progressive hemifacial atrophy is a chronic atrophic disease that often affects one side of the face. The etiology is complex and unclear. It has a certain self-limiting nature， a long course of disease， obvious changes in facial appearance， and great psychological pressure on patients. There is no radical cure for the disease， and the main treatment depends on plastic surgery repair and reconstruction. However， the treatment methods have advantages and disadvantages， and most patients are difficult to obtain satisfactory results after one treatment. This article reviews the research status of progressive hemifacial atrophy in recent years. ......
