[摘要]目的：研究超皮秒激光联合滚轮微针及海藻糖皮肤屏障修复敷料治疗黄褐斑的临床有效性及安全性。方法：选取2023年2月-3月就诊于河南省人民医院的20例稳定期黄褐斑患者，给予超皮秒激光联合微针及海藻糖皮肤屏障修复敷料治疗，观察治疗前后黄褐斑的临床效果。结果：20例患者经3次联合治疗后，患者满意度为90%，治疗有效率为85%，黄褐斑面积及严重程度评分(mMASI)下降(P<0.05)，皮肤病生活质量评分(Dermatology Life Quality Index，DLQI)下降(P<0.05)。治疗后经皮水分丢失明显降低(P<0.05)，皮肤角质层含水量增加(P<0.05)，L*值升高(P<0.05)，a*值降低(P<0.05)，b*值无明显变化(P>0.05)。本研究治疗期间3例患者治疗后即刻局部红斑水肿、面部轻微疼痛，给予冷敷处理后均缓解，所有患者均未发生炎症后色素沉着、水疱等严重不良反应。结论：超皮秒激光联合微针及海藻糖皮肤屏障修复敷料治疗黄褐斑效果显著，且安全性良好。
