[摘要]痤疮是临床常见损容性疾病，中医内治法在临床治疗中占很重要的部分，通过中药的性味归经及多靶点作用的特点，治疗各证型痤疮取得良好疗效。临床各医家辨证论治本病时，部分医家认为玄府郁闭是痤疮的发病重要环节，气血痰食、外感六淫、内伤七情皆可郁久化热，热盛而发痤疮。针对这一特点，治疗时不仅辨证给予清热、凉血、散结、调冲等药物，同时应用升发、散越之品开玄府通道以助邪外出，增强疗效的同时避免过于寒凉损伤脾胃。
