[摘要]腮腺损伤常见于锐器或手术损伤。面部自体脂肪填充常采用钝针操作，腮腺损伤比较少见，但若手术操作不当，或患者术区因既往手术史形成局部粘连的，在行自体脂肪移植时有可能损伤腮腺。腮腺损伤后常表现为面颊部肿胀、疼痛，局部皮温升高等症状，本研究报道笔者医院1例面部自体脂肪移植术后腮腺损伤病例，结合该病例的病史特点、超声情况，总结其治疗方案和预后情况，并复习相关文献，为临床治疗该并发症提供参考经验。

    Abstract： Parotid gland injury is commonly seen in sharp instrument or surgical injuries. Facial autologous fat filling is often performed with blunt needles， and parotid gland injury is relatively rare.
