[摘要]目的：探究富血小板血浆(Platelet-rich plasma，PRP)联合自体皮片移植用于下肢慢性溃疡修复的近期和远期效果。方法：选取2018年1月-2022年5月笔者医院收治的100例下肢慢性溃疡患者，根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=48)。对照组给予人工真皮联合自体皮片移植治疗；观察组给予PRP联合自体皮片移植治疗。比较两组创面修复相关指标、术后疼痛、临床疗效及瘢痕情况。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组，肉芽长出及创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。植皮术后1 d，观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；植皮术后5 d，两组疼痛评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组植皮术后10 d皮片存活率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后1、3、6、12个月的瘢痕评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；重复方差分析显示，两组存在组间、时间及交互效应(均P<0.001)。结论：PRP联合皮片移植用于下肢慢性溃疡修复，有助于提高临床疗效，缩短肉芽长出时间和创面愈合时间，减轻患者术后疼痛感受，并能减少术后瘢痕形成。
