[摘要]目的：比较分析富血小板血浆(Platelet-rich plasma，PRP)和富血小板纤维蛋白(Platelet-rich fibrin，PRF)分别联合自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化中的效果。方法：选取2019年10月-2022年10月笔者医院收治的90例需面部年轻化的就医者，按随机数字表法分为PRP组(n=45)与PRF组(n=45)。两组均进行自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗，在此基础上，PRP组联合PRP治疗，PRF组联合PRF治疗。比较两组手术前后皮肤相关指标和美学效果评分变化，分析其疗效、满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果：术后3个月，PRF组皮肤水分和弹性评分、医生和就医者美学效果评分、总有效率及就医者满意度均高于PRP组，皮肤油脂和暗斑评分及不良反应发生率低于PRP组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：PRF联合自体脂肪移植较PRP联合自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化中效果更佳，可更好的改善就医者面部皮肤状态、提高美学效果评分和就医者满意度，且不良反应少，值得临床推广。
