[摘要]目的：探讨无托槽隐形矫治联合口腔修复对安氏Ⅲ类错牙合畸形伴牙列缺损患者修复效果及咀嚼功能的影响。方法：选取2019年1月-2022年10月大庆油田总医院收治的60例安氏Ⅲ类错牙合畸形伴牙列缺损患者，随机分成两组，每组30例。两组均接受口腔修复治疗，对照组联合传统固定正畸，观察组联合无托槽隐形矫治。比较两组治疗效果、修复美学效果、咀嚼功能、牙根平行度及患者的生活质量。结果：治疗3个月后，观察组的治疗优良率为96.67%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；观察组红色美学指数中近中龈乳头、远中龈乳头、唇侧龈缘曲线、总分及白色美学指数中牙冠形态得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组咬合力及咀嚼效率均高于对照组，牙根平行度及种植义齿修复疾病专表各维度得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对安氏Ⅲ类错牙合畸形伴牙列缺损患者采用无托槽隐形矫治联合口腔修复治疗效果较高，可促进咀嚼功能恢复，获得较为理想的美学效果，提高患者生活质量。
