[摘要]目的：探究数字化印模技术联合全瓷冠修复前牙牙体缺损的美学效果及牙周状况。方法：选取2019年1月-2021年12月笔者医院收治的110例前牙牙体缺损修复患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组(采用硅橡胶印膜技术+全瓷冠修复)和数字组(采用数字化口内印模技术+全瓷冠修复)，每组55例。治疗后随访1年，比较两组总体修复效果、美学效果[红色美学指数(Pink aesthetic index，PES)、白色美学指数(White aesthetic index，WES)]、牙周状况[探诊出血(Bleeding on probing，BOP)，牙龈指数(Gingival index，GI)]及患者满意度。结果：修复后，数字组修复体固位、外形、边缘、舒适度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)，两组WES评分、PES评分均升高，且数字组高于对照组(P<0.05)；修复后，两组GI、BOP阳性位点百分比均降低，且数字组低于对照组(P<0.05)；数字组患者总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：采用数字化印模技术联合全瓷冠修复应用于前牙牙体缺损修复能有效改善患者美学效果和牙周状况，提高修复效果及患者满意度。
