[摘要]目的：探讨在青少年患者固定矫治初期电话回访对于托槽脱落率的影响。方法：选取2020年6月-2021年6月于深圳市龙华区人民医院进行固定矫治的160例青少年患者为研究对象，共粘接托槽3 200颗，依据初次安放矫治弓丝之后是否进行电话回访分为干预组和对照组，每组80例。干预组患者在第1～6个月每个月固定时间给予2次电话回访，进行矫治后注意事项宣教，记录患者每月复诊时托槽脱落情况，并比较分析。结果：矫治后1～2个月，干预组托槽脱落率明显低于对照组，差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)，第3个月差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，第4～6个月托槽脱落率差异不明显，两组中男性患者正畸初期托槽脱落率均高于女性患者(P<0.05)。结论：青少年患者固定矫治初期，男性患者托槽脱落率相对更高；进行电话回访口腔正畸宣教，能够明显减少托槽脱落率。
