静电纺丝技术在神经组织工程中的应用进展
[摘要]壳聚糖、丝素蛋白、聚己内酯和聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物等生物材料可通过静电纺丝技术制备成神经组织工程支架。此类支架具有生物相容性较好、可降解、比表面积大和孔隙率高等优良特点,可通过仿生细胞外基质结构、负载神经营养药物和结合电刺激等促进受损神经再生,因此在神经组织工程中备受关注。本文对常用于神经组织工程的静电纺丝材料以及静电纺丝技术在神经组织工程中的应用进行综述。[关键词]静电纺丝;细胞外基质;神经组织工程;再生;支架

Abstract: Biomaterials such as chitosan, silk fibroin, polycaprolactone and polylactic-co-glycolic acid copolymer can be prepared into nerve tissue engineering scaffolds by electrospinning.
