[摘要]目的：探讨烧伤患者气管切开拔管后即刻行气管切口清创缝合的临床疗效及可行性。方法：选取2015年3月-2022年3月笔者科室收治住院的62例烧伤患者，均行传统气管切开术。经治疗病情稳定不再需要人工气道时，在气切套管拔除后即刻行气管切口清创缝合术修复气管切口。结果：62例患者均在7～9 d一期愈合、拆线，平均7.7 d。其中有2例因气切套管留置时间长，拔管后瘘口大，周围组织脆，缝线切割组织致松脱，经加强缝合后仍一期愈合拆线。术后随访6个月以上，仅3例局部有轻微凹陷，其他愈合良好，局部相对平整，未出现术口感染再次清创缝合病例。结论：烧伤患者气管切开拔管后即刻清创缝合修复，操作简单，愈合快，术后即刻可言语交流，安全有效，手术风险小，可达良好临床效果。
