[摘要]目的：评估微聚焦超声与可注射型胶原蛋白联合应用对面部年轻化改善的效果及安全性。方法：选取2021年9月-2023年6月在北京友谊医院皮肤科门诊就诊的96例就医者，随机分为对照组(48例)和联合组(48例)，对照组仅使用微聚焦超声治疗，联合组首先使用微聚焦超声治疗，在术后3个月时对就医者泪沟处进行胶原蛋白注射。以微聚焦超声术后为治疗监测时间起点，收集两组就医者微聚焦超声术后3个月、4个月及胶原蛋白注射术后1个月的照片，最终主要观察指标为微聚焦超声术后4个月与联合应用胶原蛋白术后1个月两组就医者的临床效果及满意度。结果：联合组总有效率为95.74%，总满意度为93.62%，显著高于对照组71.74%(P<0.05)，76.09%(P<0.05)。结论：微聚焦超声与可注射型胶原蛋白联合应用对面部年轻化改善效果显著，疼痛度低，并发症少，就医者的满意度较高。
