案例教学法融合情景模拟在皮肤外科实习教学中的应用



[摘要]目的:探讨案例教学法融合情景模拟在皮肤外科实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2020级、2021级规培生为研究对象,选择2020级皮肤外科规培生为对照组(20名),采取传统教学法;2021级皮肤外科规培生为实验组(21名),采取案例教学法融合情景模拟。统计两组教学成绩、评判性思维能力测量表中文版(CTDI-CV)得分、教学满意度。结果:实验组理论知识、案例分析、实践操作及总得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组CTDI-CV寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、批判思维的自信心、求知欲维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组课程兴趣、教学观念、教学能力、学习安排满意度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:案例教学法融合情景模拟应用于皮肤外科实习教学中,能提高学生教学成绩,培养评判性思维能力,还可提高教学满意度。
