[摘要]目的：分析探讨iRoot SP冷侧压法治疗牙体牙髓病的临床疗效及对其填充效果和咀嚼功能的影响。方法：选取2021年8月-2023年5月笔者医院收治的90例牙体牙髓病患者为研究对象，随机分为研究组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。对照组采用常规热牙胶垂直加压法治疗，研究组采用iRoot SP冷侧压法治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、填充效果、咀嚼功能及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，研究组总有效率97.78%，明显高于对照组的84.44%(P<0.05)；两组适填率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；研究组牙龈指数、出血指数较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)；研究组咀嚼功能、咬合力较对照组明显升高，且研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论：iRoot SP冷侧压法治疗牙体牙髓病患者效果较为理想，临床应用价值较高。
