[摘要]目的：探讨Er︰YAG激光辅助牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎(Chronic periodontitis，CP)患者临床症状的改善作用。方法：选取2019年1月-2022年4月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的106例CP患者，采用随机数字表法划分成常规组(n=53)和研究组(n=53)。常规组接受牙周基础治疗，研究组在常规组基础上接受Er：YAG激光治疗。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生情况，以及治疗前、治疗后3个月牙周临床指标[探诊深度(Probing depth，PD)、牙龈指数(Gingival index，GI)、临床附着丧失(Clinical attachment loss，CAL)]、龈沟液炎性因子水平[肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α)、白介素-6(Interleukin-6，IL-6)]。结果：研究组治疗总有效率92.45%，高于常规组的75.47%(P<0.05)；治疗后3个月，两组PD、GI、CAL均降低，且研究组低于常规组(P<0.05)；治疗后3个月，两组患者龈沟液TNF-α、IL-6水平均下降，且研究组较常规组低(P<0.05)；研究组不良反应发生率为13.21%，常规组不良反应发生率为7.55%，组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：Er：YAG辅助牙周基础治疗能有效缓解CP患者临床症状，改善牙周状况，减轻牙周炎症反应，且安全性高。
