[摘要]目的：探索树脂渗透技术治疗早期釉质龋及早期釉质脱矿的临床应用价值。方法：纳入笔者医院应用树脂渗透技术治疗的早期釉质龋及早期釉质脱矿的54例患者为实验组，纳入采用常规氟化物治疗的59例患者为观察组。观察两组患者术前、术后即刻、术后3个月、术后6个月的白垩斑面积(Area of demineralization，AREA)、表面光滑度(Surface microhardness，SMTS)、釉质层结构完整性(Integrity of enamel layer，IGTY)、牙面色泽(Color uniformity of tooth surface，COLU)及疗效指标。结果：实验组术后即刻、术后3个月、术后6个月AREA值均低于观察组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组术后即刻、术后3个月、术后6个月SMTS值、IGTY值及COLU值与观察组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组术后6个月AREA、SMTS、IGTY、COLU指标较术后即刻差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。实验组显效率35.19%，高于观察组的20.34%(P<0.05)。结论：树脂渗透技术治疗早期釉质龋及早期釉质脱矿疗效优于常规氟化物治疗，疗效稳定。
