[摘要]皮肤是人体最大的体表器官，其结构从浅至深依次为表皮层、真皮层和皮下组织。皮肤表面及腺体等部位定植了众多微生物菌落，统称为皮肤微生态。皮肤微生态在皮肤的健康和内稳态方面发挥着关键作用，与皮肤衰老存在着密切关系。本文在回顾皮肤组织结构与功能的基础上，对皮肤微生态及其与皮肤衰老关系的临床研究进展进行了总结，探讨了目前皮肤微生态与皮肤衰老研究和临床应用中存在的问题，以期为未来皮肤抗衰老的临床研究和皮肤微生态产品的开发提供参考。
