[摘要]病理性瘢痕包括增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩，传统医学将其归为“蟹足肿”“肉龟疮”等范畴，并提出皮损性质、发病部位及病因与中医体质类型呈相关性，尤其湿热体质关系最为密切。治疗上目前以西医联合治疗为主，但中医辨证论治、针灸等方式治疗该病及相关伴随症状如瘙痒、疼痛、失眠等具有显著优势，笔者通过检索近年国内外相关文献，从活血化瘀、清热解毒、补虚、疏风养血四个方面对中医治则进行归纳总结，同时最新的研究表明，中药提取物在干预病理性瘢痕的发病机制中发挥重要作用，中西医结合治疗或可成为临床应用的一种趋势。

    Progress in TCM Treatment of Pathological Scar

    Abstract： Pathological scar includes hypertrophic scar and keloid disease， which are classified into the categories of \"crab foot swelling\" and \"meat turtle ulcers\" in traditional medicine. It is proposed that the nature， location and etiology of skin lesions are related to the types of constitution in traditional Chinese medicine， especially the damp-heat constitution. At present， combined Western medicine is the main treatment， but TCM syndrome differentiation and acupuncture have significant advantages in the treatment of this disease and related accompanying symptoms such as pruritus ......
