[摘要]目的：探究圆锥形套筒冠义齿修复对牙周炎患者附着丧失及口腔功能的影响。方法：回顾性分析2021年1月-2022年1月至新疆医科大学第一附属医院进行慢性牙周炎伴牙列缺损就诊的86例患者病例资料，随机分为观察组和对照组，各43例。对照组采用传统可摘义齿修复方式，观察组采用圆锥形套筒冠义齿修复，对两组患者的牙周状态相关指标、牙齿松动度、口腔功能和生活质量进行比较。结果：修复后6个月，两组患者龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数、牙龈指数和牙周附着丧失均降低，且观察组的各项指标均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)；修复后6个月，两组患者的PTV评分均下降，且观察组的PTV评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)；观察组的咀嚼效能较对照组在修复后1个月和6个月提升更明显(P<0.05)；修复后6个月，对照组患者的简明健康状况调查表评分提升幅度显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论：圆锥形套筒冠义齿修复能够有效改善牙周炎伴牙列缺损患者的附着丧失，提高其口腔功能。
