海洋胶原基生物材料在组织修复方面的应用进展
[摘要]胶原是转化医学中应用广泛的支架材料之一,现有市售产品的胶原蛋白主要来源于哺乳类动物,此类产品存在人畜共患病传播的风险和宗教限制。海洋胶原与陆地哺乳动物胶原的结构基本类似,在动物体内的分布、功能也大致相仿,为其替代哺乳动物胶原用于转化医学提供了结构基础,有望成为哺乳动物胶原的替代来源。通过广泛查阅国内外相关文献、专利、书籍等相关资料,本文就海洋胶原的特性、制备工艺以及产品开发情况进行综合分析,探究其作为生物医用材料的可能性,为合理地应用此类材料提供科学依据。[关键词]海洋胶原;转化医学;生物材料;组织修复;应用

Abstract: Collagen is one of the scaffold materials widely used in translational medicine. The collagen of the existing commercially available products is mainly derived from mammals, which has the risk of zoonosis and religious restrictions. The structure of marine collagen is basically similar to the collagen of land mammals, and its distribution and function in animals are also roughly similar, which provides the structural basis for its replacement of mammalian collagen in translational medicine and is expected to become an alternative source of mammalian collagen.
