[摘要]错牙合畸形在我国儿童、青少年中患病率高达67.8%，并呈逐年上升趋势。早期矫治已成为儿童错牙合畸形矫治的普遍共识和有效手段。现有研究证实硅胶矫治器在替牙期安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形矫治应用中具有纠正咬合关系、促进牙颌面发育及改善上气道结构等多方面作用，而其咬合关系矫治的长期稳定性及对比其他功能矫治器的优劣情况仍需进一步研究证实；儿童错牙合畸形矫治应充分考虑患者就诊时机、病情、个人生长因素等多方面内容，以选择最优个性化治疗方案。该研究对硅胶矫治器发展提出以下建议：提高依从性，优化监测手段；拓展研究纵深度，准确评估边界及效用；预防龋齿，材料创新；建立国内儿童牙颌面大数据，助力错牙合畸形早期矫治。
