[摘要]目的：探讨应用股薄肌肌瓣联合臀下动脉穿支皮瓣修复坐骨结节Ⅳ期压疮的临床效果。方法：选取2020年6月-2023年6月笔者医院收治的坐骨结节Ⅳ期压疮患者11例，共15处压疮，压疮面积5.0 cm×3.0 cm～11.0 cm×7.0 cm，窦道深度5.0～11.0 cm，应用股薄肌肌瓣联合臀下动脉穿支皮瓣修复压疮，术后观察肌瓣、皮瓣存活情况及供区创面愈合情况，随访皮瓣的外观、质地及压疮复发情况。结果：所有患者肌瓣及皮瓣存活良好，供区创面均Ⅰ期愈合；术后随访6～24个月，皮瓣色泽及外观较好，外形满意，均未见压疮复发。结论：股薄肌肌瓣联合臀下动脉穿支皮瓣修复坐骨结节Ⅳ期压疮术后成活率高、供区损伤小、外观良好、远期疗效佳。
