[摘要]目的：探讨上颌埋伏阻生尖牙最佳正畸牵引时机。方法：选取需行外科联合正畸牵引的20颗上颌埋伏阻生尖牙，分为牙根发育完全组和牙根未发育完全组。通过CBCT及临床检查测量记录牵引前、后两组埋伏牙牙根相关指标的变化，比较两组埋伏牙牵引到位后牙根的差异。结果：两组埋伏牙均能牵引到位。牙根未发育完全的埋伏牙牵引后的牙根长度长于牵引前的牙根长度，但短于对照牙，牵引过程中不会形成新的牙根弯曲。牙根发育完全的埋伏牙牵引后的牙根长度短于自身牵引前、牙根未发育完全组牵引后以及对照牙的牙根长度，且牵引时间长于牙根未发育完全的埋伏牙。两组埋伏牙根管壁厚度、牙髓活力均正常。结论：正畸牵引治疗中，牙根未发育完全的埋伏阻生尖牙具有牙周组织改建速度快，正畸牵引时间短、牙根吸收程度轻的优点，其总体疗效优于牙根发育完全的埋伏牙。

    Clinical Study on the Influence of Orthodontic Traction Time of Impacted Maxillary Canines on Root

    Abstract： Objective" To investigate the best orthodontic traction time of impacted maxillary canines.
