正畸牵引时机对上颌埋伏阻生尖牙牙根影响的临床研究

     [摘要]目的:探讨上颌埋伏阻生尖牙最佳正畸牵引时机。方法:选取需行外科联合正畸牵引的20颗上颌埋伏阻生尖牙,分为牙根发育完全组和牙根未发育完全组。通过CBCT及临床检查测量记录牵引前、后两组埋伏牙牙根相关指标的变化,比较两组埋伏牙牵引到位后牙根的差异。结果:两组埋伏牙均能牵引到位。牙根未发育完全的埋伏牙牵引后的牙根长度长于牵引前的牙根长度,但短于对照牙,牵引过程中不会形成新的牙根弯曲。牙根发育完全的埋伏牙牵引后的牙根长度短于自身牵引前、牙根未发育完全组牵引后以及对照牙的牙根长度,且牵引时间长于牙根未发育完全的埋伏牙。两组埋伏牙根管壁厚度、牙髓活力均正常。结论:正畸牵引治疗中,牙根未发育完全的埋伏阻生尖牙具有牙周组织改建速度快,正畸牵引时间短、牙根吸收程度轻的优点,其总体疗效优于牙根发育完全的埋伏牙。

    Abstract: Objective" To investigate the best orthodontic traction time of impacted maxillary canines. Methods" 20 impacted maxillary canines requiring surgical combined orthodontic traction were selected and divided into two groups: fully developed root group and underdeveloped root group.
