[摘要]目的：研究机用镍钛锉结合超声荡洗在乳磨牙牙髓炎根管治疗中的应用效果，分析其对根管清洁度、炎性因子的影响。方法：选取2021年1月-2022年12月南京明基医院就诊的100例乳磨牙牙髓炎患儿，均进行根管填充治疗，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。观察组采取机用镍钛锉结合超声荡洗行根管治疗，对照组单纯采取机用镍钛锉治疗。比较两组术后根管预备与填充效果、根管清洁度，ELISA检测龈沟液中炎性因子水平变化，记录根管预备、治疗时间和术后疼痛程度。结果：两组根管手术成功率、根管预备时间与治疗时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组根管恰填率、预备良好率均高于对照组，疼痛发生率及根尖、根中和根冠处面积占比均低于对照组(P<0.05)；术后，两组龈沟液IL-1β、IL-6与TNF-α水平均低于术前，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：机用镍钛锉联合超声荡洗可改善乳磨牙牙髓炎根管预备、填充效果，提高根管清洁度，预防牙龈炎症反应，减轻术后疼痛。
