[摘要]增生性瘢痕是由于皮肤组织过度纤维化而产生的病理性瘢痕，可引起功能性、社会心理学和美观上的问题。尽管目前的治疗方法有很多，但是现有的治疗手段疗效皆不确切，相关预防和治疗研究进展缓慢。近年来，越来越多的研究证据表明肽在增生性瘢痕防治方面具有重要作用。肽来源广泛，安全性高，易于制备；在促进创面愈合，抑制瘢痕增生，改善伤口预后等方面发挥着关键作用。本文主要从生长因子相关肽、肽类激素、神经肽、模拟肽、动物来源肽等方面就肽及其化合物在增生性瘢痕防治中的研究进展作一综述。
