[摘要]复合树脂自出现以来，因其较佳的理化性能，已逐步替代银汞合金，成为临床修复牙体缺损最常用的材料。但随着使用年限的增加，复合树脂充填体发生边缘微渗漏、继发龋、修复体折断、磨损、变色等修复失败的病例也会逐步增加。保留部分原充填体，通过对旧充填体老化树脂的表面进行处理，来增加新旧树脂间结合力的再充填治疗术，是一种微创且经济的再修复治疗方式。目前众多的体外相关实验室研究中，对采用何种方式进行老化树脂表面处理，能更有效增加新旧树脂间的结合力，仍未达成共识。本文就临床常用的几种老化树脂的表面处理方式进行总结，以期为开展后续的相关研究提供帮助。
