[摘要]Poland综合征是一种以同侧手和胸部发育不良(包括胸肌和乳房发育不良)为典型表现的罕见先天性畸形，Poland综合征合并对侧巨乳病例目前未见文献报道。本文主要对1例Poland综合征合并对侧巨乳的临床表现和治疗进行报道及探讨。针对患者意愿及乳房条件，对胸肌发育不良侧暂行保守处理，对巨乳侧行单侧垂直上蒂法巨乳缩小术。术中切除乳房组织量588 g，一期愈合良好，无明显并发症，术后乳房形态良好，患者较为满意。
