[摘要]目的：观察富血小板血浆(Platelet-rich plasma，PRP)联合植皮手术治疗头面部严重烧伤合并颅骨损伤的治疗效果。方法：纳入头面部严重烧伤合并颅骨损伤患者15例，采用PRP联合自体刃厚皮移植修复创面，观察创面修复效果。结果：15例患者均1次植皮手术成功修复创面。其中8例移植大张自体皮患者，术后5～10 d创面愈合；7例移植邮票样小皮片患者，术后14～18 d创面痊愈。结论：围手术期PRP治疗联合自体刃厚皮片移植修复头面部伴有颅骨损伤的深度创面，术后自体移植皮片成活率高，效果良好。
