[摘要]目的：探讨颏下蒂岛状肌皮瓣在面颊部软组织缺损修复重建中的临床应用价值。方法：选取2018年5月-2023年5月笔者医院口腔颌面外科手术治疗的11例面颊部皮肤恶性肿瘤患者，肿瘤扩大切除后遗留的组织缺损采用颏下蒂岛状肌皮瓣I期修复重建，供区直接拉拢缝合，术后随访6～24个月。结果：11例颏下蒂岛状肌皮瓣全部成活，肿瘤无复发、转移，颜面部外形基本对称，肌皮瓣色泽、质地优良，无张口受限、下唇外翻畸形发生，患者较为满意。结论：颏下蒂岛状肌皮瓣制备简单，血管蒂恒定，供区比较隐蔽，是修复面颊部软组织缺损的理想选择之一。
